A Transformative Journey from Home.

There is a keen desire in many people living in the city to learn more about yoga, practice it, and learn to teach yoga. SYCG brings the International Yoga Teachers Training Course online so more sincere students can qualify without leaving family and work for months.

Yoga is a vast science. Asana is the most commonly understood aspect, but only one part of the path. This 10-week training includes asanas, relaxation, kriyas, pranayama, guided meditation, selfless service, scripture, and the discipline required to teach others.
